is hiring a dependable Cleaning Technician to join our team in the Appleton / Fox Valley area.
PAY:
$15.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
$300 retention bonus after 6 months, subject to company bonus terms
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays may be required depending on the client schedule
TRANSPORTATION:
You do NOT need to drive your personal vehicle from customer to customer. Team members report to the designated daily start location, and Sparklewise provides company vehicles for travel between jobs. You must have reliable transportation to get to the start location on time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Residential recurring cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in / move-out cleaning
• Short-term rental / Airbnb turnovers
• Office and light commercial cleaning
• Follow detailed checklists and special client instructions
• Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and clean kitchens and bathrooms
• Properly use and care for company equipment and supplies
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Report concerns, damage, supply needs, or client issues promptly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and checklists
• Professional attitude around clients and coworkers
• Comfortable with physical cleaning work throughout the day
• Able to bend, stand, walk, vacuum, mop, and carry normal cleaning supplies
• Reliable transportation to the designated start location
• Cleaning experience is preferred, but training is provided for the right candidate
• Availability Monday-Friday during the daytime and occasional Saturdays
