I am a handyman - home improvement professional in my 60s. I am looking for a one bedroom apartment, caretakers house, or carriage house. I have a small extremely well trained dog. My optimum place would have some storage, a place for the dog to go out (i would clean up after her) . An apartment above a garage would be perfect. I could guarantee you that when I left the apartment it would be in better shape then when I moved in. I am willing to do work on a place that may have been neglected or needs to be brought back to apartment status. I am extremely trustworthy and have many house keys and garage codes to my customers houses as they know I am trustworth. No problem giving you references. I even have house sat for some of my customers. I am also a mechanic and can fix anything. Have elder parents that need someone close by to check up on them on a regular basis and help them when needed. Maybe your a landlord with a few properties that would like a guy who could answer an emergency fix 24/7. I am looking for as soon as possible !
