I have an eviction from 2022 while I was hospitalized for 158 days and I didn’t have my cell phone with me. My ex partner was supposed to pay my bills from my checking account but never did. I lost all my furniture clothes and pets. My 2019 Ram 1500 was repossessed and my credit cards were charged off.
Additionally in November 2022 I was staying with a friend renting a room from him and one night we had an argument about his boyfriend and he called the police and had me charged with burglary. I had proof I paid him rent via Zelle paid the property taxes and bought the new kitchen appliances plus my mail was going there. The public defender said because I didn’t have a written lease it didn’t matter. My case isn’t adding which means I’m not a felon.
