Looking for a private owner with a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment for rent starting September 12th.
We'd like to stay from 83rd Ave to 12st, and from Union Hills to Indian School.
You must be able to work with me on the rent. Half one payday, half the other. I don't have the credit. Between application fees, admin feees, deposits, and rent, it's hard for me to get into a regular apartment. I've never been evicted.
It's me & my 24 yr old son. I work full-time. He's starting a new job Monday. Not sure if what kind of hours he'll be getting. He's special needs, so that plays a factor.
We don't want a place with roommates, or renting a room. I'll be starting a remote job in September hopefully. So i can't have a bunch of noise.
