Proficient Home Finance (NMLS #338923) is hiring a Senior Software Engineer. We're a tech-forward mortgage broker delivering concierge service to borrowers across the US — and we're scaling our team to keep up with demand.
TypeScript, React, Node.js. Build internal tools and borrower-facing applications.

What you'll do
• Build borrower-facing applications and internal LOS tooling
• Own features end-to-end — design, build, ship, measure
• Integrate with mortgage industry APIs (Encompass, Optimal Blue, etc.)
• Mentor mid-level engineers; raise the technical bar
• Help shape engineering culture as an early hire
What you bring
• 6+ years building production web applications
• Expert TypeScript, React, Node.js, Postgres
• Comfortable with cloud infra (AWS, Cloudflare, or equivalent)
• Bonus: prior fintech, mortgage, or regulated-industry experience
