I’m exploring the idea of sharing a home with a parent who values community, stability, and creating a great environment for your children. I love the idea of creating something that’s more than just roommates, a home where we each have our own space.
The right fit is far more important than finding something quickly. I’d envision establishing clear expectations around finances, shared spaces, guests, parenting boundaries, cleanliness, and communication so everyone, including your child/children, feels comfortable.
My home is in Antioch, CA directly across the street from an elementary school. Close to a beautiful park, a waterpark, Costco, movie theater and a major shopping shopping mall

I’m retired work part-time in Stockton, I enjoy watching my cousins' perform in their bands, cooking, decorating, cleaning, plants, learning, and relaxing.
