Backyard shed, basement, side yard, and back porch - all need to be cleared out. Old docs will need to be shredded.
Many items will go to charity
Some items will be gathered for the garage sale.

All items are stored in sturdy, heavy plastic totes. These totes will have to be opened, inspected and broken down. Cardboard boxes 2B opened and inspected as well.

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AS WELL AS MUSCLE NEEDED

Payment - $20.00 hr.

This is a nice job for a young person, a recent retired person or a Mom needing a little extra $$ for ⛽️
Organizational skills are needed. Repetitive work and some will be heavy, so stamina will be needed.

This task will take 1-2 days for 2 weekends.

To access the basement there are 8 steps.
