You can choice an hourly or a flat/fixed monthly fee. Here are the services we provide.
•Maintaining Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Bank reconciliation
• Credit card reconciliation
• Reconcile general ledger.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Month/ year-end journal entry
• Work with CPA on year -end tax return.
• Process A/P and A/R through QuickBooks
• Maintain accrued and prepaid accounts
• Making monthly closing journal entries
• Posting payroll detail into QuickBooks
• New company QuickBooks set-up (QuickBooks chart of account)
Please note that most work will be done remotely but can meet in person with additional costs in case of needed. Also, I don't offer income tax return and consulting.
