We’re a small real-estate investment / property services team looking for a reliable contractor for a one off job in the next 48 hrs in the Anson, TX area to assist with attempting to locate an individual we are trying make contact with in regards to a property that is going to tax sale.
🛠️ About the Work
Knock on doors / attempt polite contact with occupants when instructed
Verify & document occupancy status (occupied / vacant / unknown)
Report back via phone/text/email and upload photos the same day
✅ Requirements
Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Smartphone with good camera and ability to email/text photos promptly
Good communication skills; comfortable speaking politely with occupants or neighbors
Dependable & professional; able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Work as an independent contractor (not an employee)
Prior experience in field services / inspections / property preservation is a plus but not required
Pay
Paid per completed visit / assignment
Typical range: $30–$120 per visit depending on distance, scope, and any add-on tasks
Rush / after-hours jobs may pay more
Payment issued after completed report & photo submission
