About me, work 2 jobs over a 6 day work week. Job 1 Mon-Thurs gone 6am-6:30-7 PM. Job 2 Fri/Sat 5PM to around midnight/2am. No kids, no pets (bonus if you do, huge animal lover), single with no drama. Quiet and keep to myself. No criminal record, evictions (credit score 722), smoking or drug use. Not a heavy cooker either. Not looking to live in a party house or residence that has get togethers every weekend.
Reason I'm looking to move: Currently paying almost $1300 for one room in a house with NO A/C and rent jumps to almost $1400 in January. Love the house, the tenants but damn almost $1400 for one bedroom is nuts.
As far as race, gender, sexual, religious or political preferences, I really don't care and get along with everyone.
