Other practitioners currently at the Center are massage therapists, Reiki practitioners, social workers, and a reflexologist. Our office is a quiet, therapeutic environment. We are sensitive to our clients' needs for a smoke- and odor-free environment. No therapies involving strong odors or smoke are allowed.
This room is available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays, all day;
Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8 am to 1 pm.
Sublease length can be 1 year; until 10/31/2027; or monthly.
If all of these hours are rented, the cost will be $400/month. Rent is based on full or half day rentals. Rentals can range from one day per week ($120/month) to the full amount of hours available.
Prices for a 1-year sublease are $120/month per each full day per week, adding on $60/month per 1/2 day (8 am to 1 pm, or 2 pm to 7 pm) per week, for multiple day/half days per week.
Rates for a month-to-month sublease are $135/month per each full day (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday) per week, adding on $67/month per 1/2 day per week.
Furnished with massage table, desk, chair, lamp, ceiling light/fan, and work table . Limited storage space available, a small refrigerator is available, and a restroom for practitioners and clients is inside the office.
