We're hiring someone who can provide safe, effective, personalized laser and skin treatments in a relaxing, judgement-free space. Clients come to us for a little boost or a big transformation and your job is to make them feel safe, informed and like their best selves while delivering effective, high quality treatments.
Duties
Perform a wide range of laser treatments on all genders including laser hair removal (and genital hair removal), microdermabrasion, chemical peels, IPL, laser skin rejuvenation treatments and tattoo removal with precision and care.
Administer esthetic laser treatments while adhering strictly to safety protocols and sanitation procedures.
Educate clients on treatment options, pre- and post-care instructions, and skincare routines to optimize results.
Full service for all client treatments including scheduling, responding to messages, and returning phone calls.
Forward facing customer service and sales role.
Maintain detailed client records using salon software systems and ensure all treatments are documented accurately.
Uphold sanitation standards by following strict sanitation procedures for equipment, tools, and treatment areas.
Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatments to enhance client results and business growth.
Requirements
Proven experience working as a Laser Technician in the beauty or medical aesthetics industry with expertise in laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and tattoo removal.
Certification in esthetic laser treatment; additional certifications in chemical peels are highly desirable.
Esthetician, cosmetology or other license required.
Strong knowledge of skincare products, salon software and retail sales techniques.
Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate clients about various treatments and skincare options effectively.
Familiarity with sanitation procedures specific to the beauty industry to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a lively attitude that energizes clients’ experience.
Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time.
Must be able to move heavy equipment on wheels.
Must be able to work events occasionally on weekends.
Must be able to work some evenings.
