Co-Founders Wanted: Build the Digital Twin and the Physical Twin of Human Health

We've spent seven years and 10,000+ patient encounters learning what actually moves healthspan, in a clinic in Anaheim and at partner sites in Cameroon. Now we're turning that into a precision medicine platform: LIM Unity Cortex, an AI reasoning layer that scores metabolic trajectory (the MTI, 0–1000), and MenlaScan, a 10-minute multimodal scan (BIA, PPG, HRV, SpO₂) that feeds it. We have validated preliminary data (anemia sub-index, n=312), a 47-marker biomarker registry, and federal grant submissions in progress with ARPA-H, NIH and NSF.
The founder-CEO is a former Disney and SAP executive with 14+ years running FDA-regulated trials. What's missing: two builders who want to own the technical heart of this as co-founders, not employees.
Seat 1 — Co-Founder, Digital Twin (Chief AI / Technology Officer)
You own LIM Unity Cortex end to end: take the MTI through statistical revalidation and clinical ratification, harden the data infrastructure, and ship PulseAI (clinician) and PulseVida (patient) into production. You've built and validated ML systems on real-world clinical data, and you know why a confidence gate and an autonomy cap exist.
Seat 2 — Co-Founder, Physical Twin (Chief Product & Hardware Officer)
You own MenlaScan and the sensing stack: device integration, wearables ingestion, clinical data capture across two continents, and the FDA / SaMD regulatory pathway. You've taken a connected health device from prototype through validation, ideally with a regulatory filing behind you.
What we're offering
Co-founder equity: 8–12% fully diluted per seat, restricted stock in a QSBS-eligible C-corp, 4-year vest with milestone accelerators
The right to co-invest on the same terms as our seed lead
Deferred salary that converts to equity or pays out at the seed close, then cash compensation post-round
A board seat, full ownership of your domain, and a CEO who has already built the clinical, legal and regulatory scaffolding so you can build product
What we're not offering
A safe salary, a finished spec, or a three-way split that pretends the last seven years didn't happen.
You are
Ready to go full-time and build in regulated healthcare, comfortable with ambiguity
Based in or willing to spend real time in Southern California, and comfortable working with clinical teams in Cameroon
Someone who reads "10,000 patient encounters and no platform yet" as the opportunity, not the risk
