POST TITLE: $20-$25/hr + Bonuses | Outside Marketing / Appointment Setter
LOCATION: Anaheim
COMPENSATION: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience, plus performance bonuses

Outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable talking to new people? We are looking for hustlers to generate home improvement appointments through events and neighborhood marketing.
What you will do
• Work home shows, Sam's Club events, and community events.
• Approach homeowners through door-to-door neighborhood marketing.
• Start conversations and schedule consultations for our sales team.
• Keep accurate lead information and follow through on appointment details.
No in-home sales closing required.
What we are looking for
• An outgoing personality and the initiative to approach strangers.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a coachable attitude.
• Comfort with walking outdoors, handling rejection, and attending weekend events.
Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, and canvassing experience are welcome.
