Looking for at least 2-3 years of experience in deburring.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Inspect parts for imperfections and sharp edges.
- Use hand tools and equipment (grinders, sanders, tumblers, etc.) to deburr and polish metal parts.
- Learn to read basic blueprints and perform quality checks
- Maintain workstations
- Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a clean, efficient team environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities
-Experience using hand tools, grinders, and other deburring equipment is a plus!
-Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and steady hands.
-Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
-Good vision, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts and tools.
-Ability to work independently or as part of a team with consistent, reliable attendance.
Physical Demands
- Job duties are performed in a temperature controlled room.
- Repetitive wrist, hand, finger, and foot movements.
- Prolonged standing, sitting, walking
-Repetitive twisting and turning
Schedule:
-Full-time, M-F, 6:30am-3:00pm
Pay Range: $20-24/hr
