50 or 30 amp electric hookup, water and septic hookups. Will accommodate up to 36 ft trailer or fifth wheel. Solid gravel pad for trailer. Price includes water, internet, garbage and electric.

If you use electric heat up to $50 extra for winter months. If you use propane heat no extra charge. $50 extra for summer months if you use Air conditioning, no extra if you don't.
Picture showing RV on the space is an example of a past renter. This trailer and accessories do not come with the space. You must have your own RV.

Parking for one car or truck in driveway. More parking possible off driveway. Looking for mature adult(s) no more than two, non-smokers short or long term.

References, background check will be done. First and last month rent plus $300 refundable security deposit required for move in.
