I would like to find a smaller two bedroom house, duplex, or apartment with
few or no stairs/steps. It needs to be on or near the city bus line.
Private owner preferred. No out-of-state landlords! Too many scammers out there!
You must have proof you are the landlord like government documents that can be verified.
I have a letter from my therapist that the small dogs (30lb) are emotional therapy.
I have references from current and past landlords.
They are jack russell and blue healer mix.
I am disabled but I get around ok with a walker.
Aside from my disability, I do work part time.
