This ad is for a business owner that is ready to go on to other things. I have all the tools already but need a good looking van or utility truck to do house calls in nice neighborhoods or anywhere nearby where work is needed. I will get my own clients and service yours while providing a percentage of the earnings from all jobs each day as proceeds for your business and vehicle. I have lived in Altadena 10 years and lived locally since 2013. I spent 25 years in the Coachella Valley and originally from Northern California. I have 40+ years full time experience in most trades doing residential maintenance, improvements and construction. If you are considering changing your work and see the above as feasible, feel free to email me back and we can chat and meet if there's a match here. Enjoy your day ! Sonny Moon 73 year old man.
