**BOSTAN EXPRESS IS HIRING EXPERIENCED FLATBED DRIVERS!**
Looking for consistent miles, competitive pay, and reliable equipment? Join our team!
**PAY OPTIONS:**
- 30% of gross revenue
- Increase to 33% when weekly gross exceeds $9,000
- OR $0.90 CPM — loaded and empty miles
- 3,000–3,500 miles per week (depending on freight)
- Tarp pay with CPM option: $50 (4') / $100 (8')
**BONUSES:**
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus — 50% after 3 months, 50% after 6 months
- $1,000 Referral Bonus
**WHAT WE OFFER:**
- Weekend home time available for Illinois drivers
- OTR option: 3 weeks out / 1 week home
- Flight and Uber reimbursement with first settlement
- Weekly settlements
- Well-maintained equipment
- Road-facing and driver-facing safety cameras (driver-facing camera may be covered when parked, per company policy)
**REQUIREMENTS:**
- Valid CDL-A
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience
- Flatbed experience required
- Acceptable driving and safety record
