### POSITION 1: 26-FOOT BOX TRUCK DRIVER – IMMEDIATE OPENING
**CDL AND NON-CDL APPLICANTS WELCOME – EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED**
We are recruiting responsible, motivated drivers to operate a 26-foot straight box truck on interstate OTR routes.
Both experienced drivers and qualified individuals seeking to enter the commercial transportation industry are encouraged to apply.
**Responsibilities:**
- Interstate pickup and delivery operations
- Expedited, full truckload, and partial freight transportation
- Safe freight handling and cargo securement
- Liftgate and pallet jack operation
- Following pickup and delivery appointments
- Electronic logging and DOT compliance
- Professional communication with dispatch and customers
- Accurate delivery documentation
**Compensation – Percentage of Gross Broker Load Revenue:**
- $2,000 or less: **25%**
- $2,000.01–$3,500: **22%**
- Over $3,500: **20%**
Example: A $4,000 load pays the driver $800.
**Requirements:**
- Valid driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle
- Safe and acceptable driving record
- Ability and willingness to travel interstate
- Dependability, professionalism, and strong communication
- Ability to learn freight securement and commercial driving procedures
- Willingness to comply with DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Ability to meet applicable medical and driver qualification requirements
Commercial driving experience is preferred but not mandatory. Applicants without OTR experience may be considered based on qualifications, insurability, and training needs.
### POSITION 2: CDL CLASS A HOTSHOT DRIVER – OTR- IMMEDIATE OPENING
**EXPERIENCED CDL HOTSHOT DRIVERS ONLY**
We are seeking qualified CDL Class A drivers with proven experience operating heavy-duty pickup trucks and gooseneck flatbed trailers.
**Requirements:**
- Valid CDL Class A
- Verifiable OTR hotshot driving experience
- Experience with gooseneck trailers and flatbed freight
- Knowledge of chains, binders, straps, and load securement
- Understanding of weight distribution, axle limits, and DOT regulations
- Experience with ELDs and hours-of-service compliance
- Strong safety record and professional communication
**Compensation:** Discussed during screening based on experience and assignment.
**This position is not intended for entry-level drivers.**
### POSITION 3: CDL CLASS A TEAM DRIVERS – UPCOMING DEDICATED ROUTES
**EXPERIENCED CLASS A DRIVERS AND ESTABLISHED TEAMS WANTED**
Motopia Logistics is building a qualified driver roster for anticipated dedicated freight contracts.
Potential lanes include:
- Moreno Valley, CA → Denver, CO
- Denver, CO → Oakland/Richmond, CA
- Denver, CO → West Sacramento, CA
Expected operations may include 53-foot dry vans, power-only assignments, trailer exchanges, continuous team driving, and strict delivery schedules.
**Requirements:**
- Valid CDL Class A
- Verifiable tractor-trailer OTR experience
- Experience with 53-foot dry van operations
- Knowledge of ELD and DOT compliance
- Strong safety record
- Ability to work professionally in a team-driving environment
Qualified solo drivers interested in forming a team are encouraged to apply.
**Compensation:** Fixed weekly pay, paid biweekly, with terms determined by the final contract.
