POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING CREW NEEDED – ALHAMBRA, CA
We are seeking an experienced professional commercial cleaning company/team for a post-construction janitorial project in Alhambra, California.
This is a professional commercial construction project requiring a qualified cleaning team capable of delivering a complete move-in-ready final cleaning.
PROJECT SCOPE INCLUDES:
* Post-construction interior cleaning
* Common-area cleaning
* Complete restroom cleaning
* Cleaning restroom walls and surfaces
* Dust and debris removal
* Detailed floor and surface cleaning
* Final move-in-ready cleaning
* General janitorial/detail cleaning as required
TEAM REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have a professional cleaning team of at least 3–4 cleaners
* Must have your own commercial-grade equipment
* Must provide your own cleaning supplies and materials
* Must have experience with post-construction and/or commercial janitorial cleaning
* Must be reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a commercial project
