About the Role
We're hiring a Construction Supervisor who is technically experienced in structural concrete, framing, and steel, with strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate can independently read plans and blueprints, effectively manage crews and subcontractors, and communicate directly with customers, inspectors, and vendors on active job sites.
Responsibilities
-Read and interpret structural plans, blueprints, and scope documents
-Maintain project schedules and budgets
-Coordinate work between internal crews and subcontractors
-Manage materials, safety compliance, and quality control
-Serve as primary point of contact for customers, inspectors, and vendors
-Work with Project Managers and Foremen to ensure cost, schedule, quality, and production targets are met
-Enforce jobsite safety procedures and Cal/OSHA compliance
-Technical Areas
-Residential foundation repair, grade beams, caissons, seismic retrofitting, underpinning, raised and slab foundations, retaining walls, concrete, rebar, framing, steel, and drainage.
Qualifications
-5+ years of experience in structural concrete, framing, and steel construction (required)
-Direct experience in residential foundation repair and seismic retrofitting
-Demonstrated ability to read and work from structural plans independently
-Strong customer service, communication, and crew management skills
-Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Los Angeles County
-Valid driver's license; legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay & Benefits
-Base salary of $90,000–$140,000/year

Location
