*Owner finance* We will be selling our 2400 square-foot 4 bed 3 bath two-story lakefront house. It will be available in around 60 days. It has a large two boat, separated dock that is covered with a top deck. The entire exterior of the house has been completely redone with zip system and Hardie board siding along with all new windows. A new roof has been installed. The inside needs $40,000-$50,000 worth of work to bring it up to the level of updating as is the outside. We put several hundred thousand into remodeling so far but have decided to move out onto our property. We will be continuing to finish the house throughout the fall but will discount the price if someone wants to finish themselves. Extremely rare to find waterfront on Compass Lake especially a large house like this. There are only two other on the market for around $800,000 currently and they are in shallow water. $650,000, will carry owner financing with closing through Anchor title for 200,000 down at 7% with 20 year payoff. I do not need help selling. I have a realtor that will be listing once it is complete for $749,000.
