This is a top-spec configuration of the Mid-2014 13" Retina MacBook Pro — the 3.0GHz Core i7 with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of flash storage, well above the standard base config. Currently running macOS Big Sur (11.7.11), verified working and booting normally.
Battery: 335 charge cycles, "Normal" health condition per Apple's diagnostics, holds 100% of its rated charge capacity — healthy and well within this model's rated cycle life.
