We’re hiring hardworking, dependable construction laborers/installers for indoor data center construction work.

JOB DUTIES:
• Assist with Hot Aisle Containment (HAC) installation inside data centers.
• Follow instructions and communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates.
• Use power tools and equipment safely.
• Read measurements accurately and use a tape measure proficiently.
• Anticipate next steps and help keep the team productive.
• Unload, stage, assemble, position, and fasten materials.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting, drilling, and cutting.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and protect surrounding property.
• Lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous construction experience required
• Reliable, responsible, and motivated to work
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be willing to complete a background check (no felony convictions)
• Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
⏰ Schedule and Compensation:
• Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Occasional overtime and travel may be required
• Pay: $20 per hour
• Weekly pay
