Work needs to begin ASAP.
Scope of Work
Complete tear-off of existing asphalt shingle roof down to the deck.
Inspection and minor replacement of damaged roof decking/sheathing (if required).
Installation of ice & water shield, underlayment, drip edge, ridge vents, and architectural asphalt shingles per manufacturer and state specs.
Full site cleanup, ground magnetic sweep, and haul-away/disposal of all debris.
Requirements & Qualifications
Prevailing Wage Compliance: Must pay standard NYS Department of Labor prevailing wages and be capable of submitting certified weekly payrolls (Article 8 compliance).
Insurance: Active Commercial General Liability ($1M/$2M minimum), Workers' Compensation, and Disability insurance (Certificates listing us as additional insured required prior to start).
Crew & Equipment: Must supply your own experienced crew, safety equipment (OSHA compliant fall protection), dump trucks/trailers, and tools.
Track Record: Proven experience with commercial, municipal, or NYS public works roofing projects preferred.
