As a Facility Care Supervisor, you'll play a critical leadership role by supporting your team, ensuring quality standards are met, and helping create cleaner, healthier environments for our clients in healthcare, government, hospitality, industrial, and commercial facilities.

What You'll Do
As a Site Cleaning Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading teams that deliver exceptional cleaning and facility services.
You'll:
Lead, train, and motivate cleaning team members
Ensure quality, safety, and service standards are met every day
Conduct inspections and resolve issues before they become problems
Coordinate schedules and daily operations
Communicate with clients and management professionally
Monitor supplies, equipment, and productivity
Foster a positive, accountable, team-first culture
Help develop future leaders within your team
This is a hands-on leadership role where your efforts directly impact client satisfaction and team success.

What We're Looking For
Previous supervisory, leadership, cleaning, or facility management experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead by example
Dependable, professional, and solution-oriented
Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Reliable transportation required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Compensation & Schedule
$23-$26 Per Hour Starting Pay
