Partner Wanted for IBC Tank Delivery and Aquaponics Business (alameda)

Responsibilities would include picking up tanks from various large businesses, delivering tanks to local homeowners and businesses and occasionally meeting buyers at our storage yard in Alameda.
I have run this business as a single person side hustle for 20 years. I have one large client with regular deliveries and the rest are new and repeat business.
There is room to grow the business by adding additional services and products. I have at times built aquaponics and rainwater catchment systems. I would be willing to train and support the right person on building these systems.
The ideal candidate will own or have the ability to buy a full sized truck capable of towing a 7,000lbs trailer. They will also have some towing experience. They will be physically strong enough to move 120lbs tanks around and be able to negotiate with both buyers and sellers. Some experience with plumbing and building would be helpful as well.
I will be out of the country for periods of time so require a partner who is honest, responsible and able to solve problems on their own. Commitment and reliability will be the most important attributes that I am looking for. Proximity or ability to live near Alameda will be helpful.
