We are looking for a professional, experienced finish carpenter for new detached light residential construction projects. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities include:
Casing and baseboard
Flooring
Stair trim and handrails
Crown
Door installations
You must have:
Working knowledge of applicable codes
Positive can-do attitude and problem solving approach
Clean and professional work habits
Able to work productively alone and with the team
US work authorization
Reliable transportation, personal tools, and valid driver license with auto insurance
Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a fast paced construction environment
Quickbooks Payroll
