Hello. Due to an eviction from a poorly ran apartment with black mold in the AC, and roaches, I am looking for a new place to live. I am 36, mixed race, tall charming gaming teddy bear who loves sports. Im going to keep it straight to the point and simple.
Ideally looking for a place to live for the next 3-6 months
- AIRLINE WORKER would really like to be 10-20 minutes from the airport
-Needs to have private entrance, or studio, casita, or suite type situation. I need to have my own space and be able to decompress and live my life freely. I do yoga, and stretch alot with my partial sciaitica issue.
- Would like to pay my rent on a WEEKLY basis, with a 14 day or vacate. i get paid weekly, and would be more comfortable with paying on a weekly basis. but open to 800-1000 a week.
- If the upfront move in cost couple be split into 2 payments i would appreciate it
- I game heavy, and go to the gym for basketball, and do movie reviews online.
- I do not party, i do like having the occasional netflix and chill with ladies on the apps
- I understand you do not want someone who is not on the lease, however, i need to have the trust and space to have 1 guest over a lady over or a friend over to watch movies, or do paints on youtube, or game with, i am not going to try and "house" any ladies, i am the son of a police officer, and a UCLE computer science grad. I have a good head on my shoulders.
- Willing to extend possible flight benefits if up for traveling and exploring
- Would like furnished but if there is no furniture i will pass.
- Do not do drugs, smoke cigarettes, or anyway apart of prostitution
- PLEASE not looking for any rooms with a shared bathroom.
- Last thing, i have artwork that my best friends made for me that i would like to hang, along with some movie posters. would like to have a little bit of creative space, and will do whatever maintenance on move out.
