Hi there,

I am seeking a new spot to temporarily stay or rent as I make plans to move abroad.
Budget is pretty tight as I am making arrangements to move away. About $700 or can do gardening/ house cleaning trade.

I do have a behaved cat that is awesome!

Please send me a bit of a description about your living situation or place and self and I can as well.

Ideally, I would love to be around Berkeley, El Cerrito or the Albany area but I may be open to parts of SF as well or Emeryville maybe?
