CHICAGO EXPANSION—NOW HIRING

Dassler is expanding its Chicago operation to support newly awarded contracts and additional company equipment.

We are now hiring:

• 10 additional company drivers for our expanded fleet and new contracts
• 25 additional owner-operators for new dedicated contract freight

These are growth positions supported by new contract freight—not replacement openings caused by drivers leaving.

You should know what work you are doing, what each run pays and when you can expect to be home.

At Dassler, our Chicago regional drivers haul dedicated contract freight—not random spot-market loads. Drivers operate repeatable lanes with established customers, predictable schedules and clearly disclosed per-run compensation.

This is not an hourly driving position. You are paid a set amount for every completed run, and the run rate is explained before you accept the job.

• You are assigned established regional work

The same-lane model reduces uncertainty and allows drivers to develop an efficient, repeatable routine.

WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO RISK YOUR CDL

Dassler operates 100% legally and 100% on ELDs.

We do not manipulate logs, encourage off-the-clock driving or pressure drivers to operate in an Hours-of-Service gray area. Our loads are planned and dispatched to be completed legally.

If a run cannot be completed within your available legal hours, you will not be instructed to violate the law to complete it.

Your CDL is your livelihood. We treat it that way.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum two years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Intermodal experience preferred
• Safe driving record
• Strong communication skills
• Dependability and professional conduct
• Willingness to operate regional contract freight
• Ability to work entirely and legally on ELDs
• Commitment to safety, customers and long-term employment

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

• Compensation: $200.00+ per completed run
• Expected weekly runs: 5
• Typical weekly compensation: $1,600.00–$1,900.00
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday
• Home time: At least 36 consecutive hours, including at least one weekend day, every week
