We are looking for a reliable contractor to complete a Property Inspection and set up for a furnished unit in Acton, MA TOMORROW ASAP
Tasks include:
• Wait for furniture and internet vendor in setting up the property
• Conduct light cleaning (as needed only)
• Set up welcome gifts for guests
• Complete our True Context Inspection form
• Conduct thorough and accurate inspection
• Take detailed photos and videos for documentation
Requirements:
• Smartphone with photo/video capability
• Reliable transportation
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and submit reports promptly
• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TAKE THE JOB TOMORROW (IMPORTANT)
Payment rate: $30 per hour
NOTE: You will paid the SAME DAY once the task is completed.
