The vacant lot is a commercial property of about ~11,000 square feet (about 0.25 acre). It is a mostly dirt lot, but there is a portion that has a concrete slab. You can rent a part or all of the lot.
The lot is fenced and gated. Well water included and electricity might also be available.
There are smaller areas for storage. Also, we have some space for an office, garage, or indoor storage, but we'd need to discuss.
