Active senior with 2 cats needs temp housing (Inland Empire)

Things you should know: I'm an artist & animal lover whose interests don't stop there. I'm also a respectful, responsible person expecting the same. I'm friendly and social, but appreciate solitude and know when to excuse myself. 😉 I may be a senior but I'm usually comfortable around all ages. I need WiFi since I'll be regularly monitoring communications for my upcoming residence and new lifestyle. I would hope for utilities included, and options to use the kitchen and laundry facilities. I use resources carefully. I don't need anything elaborate or fancy -- just simple and safe. I have a bed & dresser if necessary. Again, I'm care-taking in all that I use. I am NOT messy -- I like tidy and organized ... a little dust is not something we can all avoid all the time. 😂
My cats are pretty chill and well-behaved. They are 9 & 12 years old. I provide automatic litterbox, scratching posts and exercise options for them as well as plenty of attention since I am home quite a bit. They have lived with a small dog and been around other cats & dogs. I have worked with animal rescue and am familiar and comfortable with a variety of animals and behaviors.
It's tough living with someone you don't really know and since I'm not in SoCal yet, it's not possible to meet for coffee just yet. I understand so I'm happy to arrange a phone call, then do a FaceTime or WhatsApp call in addition to providing excellent references.
