I’m looking for my retirement home and would love at least one acre lot preferably more. I have a 3 bedroom house on the southside that I am looking to sell and purchase something else in my preferred area of the west side (85745 zip code). If someone has something coming up under $400k, I am interested in direct purchase and I don’t mind a fixer upper.
