HERE WE GO AGAIN !!
So, after the bullshit with the house on the ranch that we lived in for 11 years , never late or short with the rent EVER !! Had to leave when the kids took over after the ranch owners passed away. Then , had to basically live in our truck and hotels for a couple of months, then at a converted motel room "Apartment" for a little over 2 years , waiting for the managers renters to move out of her rental home, again , NEVER late or short with the rent , $1,000 a month for a studio for over 2 years !! , now have been in her rental for 14 months, never late with the rent , never short either , clean , quiet family of 3 , no issues with neighbors, no complaints, nothing , just working and paying rent . Then, last Sunday, out of the blue, she comes by and says her son wants to move back to town and move into the house we're renting !! So , $22,000 down the drain for rent on this place, and for what !!??
69 days and we'll have everything back in storage and be back to being in the truck or hotel rooms as money permits.... $1,700 a month just to be pushed out again !!
And no one can understand why there's so many homeless, it's because there are times when the landowner don't give a shit about the people who bust their asses to keep the bills paid , rent paid , food on the table... It's almost impossible to find anything to rent that's not in the hood, the ghetto, or is scummy as crap !!!
If anyone knows of anything in the valley for rent that's not shit or so expensive that it'll take every dime of mine and my wife's income, please shoot me a message !! Thanks !! Sorry , just had to vent a little, too much anxiety, desperation ,and a bottomless pit of hopelessness over the entire situation... I am so sick and tired of underhanded landlords and definitely tired if getting screwed over and thrown under the damned bus !! You busy your ass and do everything that's required and beyond , and still get screwed over !!
