PRODUCTION FLOOR...RAW PET FOOD COMPANY – ABBOTSFORD
We are a growing raw pet food company in Abbotsford looking for a reliable, hardworking PRODUCTION FLOOR person to join our team.
This is a hands-on position. you will work on the production floor handling raw animal products, including muscle meat, organs, bones, and other raw ingredients.
Responsibilities:
HANDLING raw materials and finished products
Loading and unloading product
Working on the production floor
Operating food-processing equipment, grinders, slicers, saws, ovens, and such
Maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards
Keeping work areas clean and organized
Following production and workplace safety procedures
Repeatedly lifting and moving 20–50 lbs
Requirements:
Must be physically capable of repeatedly lifting 20–50 lbs
Comfortable working with raw meat, organs, muscles, and bones
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous warehouse, food production, or meat-processing experience is an asset
Bandsaw experience is an asset
This is not a desk job. The position involves physical work and direct handling of raw animal products in a food-production environment.
