Join a Growing Property Management Team
We are seeking a Multi-Site Building Manager to join our team in Abbotsford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, reliable, and professional individual who enjoys working independently while also being part of a collaborative property management team.
The successful candidate will be based primarily at Midtown Club Suites while assisting with coverage and operational support across multiple residential properties when needed. This role combines building management, tenant relations, leasing support, administrative duties, maintenance coordination, and property operations.
What You'll Do
Building & Tenant Management
Provide management presence at Midtown Club Suites
Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
Assist with suite showings and leasing activities
Conduct suite inspections and maintain accurate property records
Help foster a safe, positive, and well-managed community environment
Administration
Support rent collection and related documentation
Complete notices, correspondence, reports, and forms as required
Maintain accurate tenant, parking, and building records
Track petty cash and building expenses
Coordinate with the Abbotsford office on operational matters
Maintenance & Property Operations
Perform daily property inspections
Coordinate contractors and service providers
Assist with minor repairs and maintenance duties
Prepare vacant suites for showing and occupancy
Monitor building appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards
Assist with annual maintenance scheduling and project coordination
Security & Safety
Monitor and report security concerns
Maintain key and remote control records
Support Crime-Free Multi-Housing initiatives
Help ensure residents feel safe and secure within the community
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in property management, building management, or a related field
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Act is an asset
Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable using computers and completing administrative reports
Valid BC Driver's License
Reliable vehicle required
Ability to provide vacation and coverage support at other locations as needed
