- Supervise and co-ordinate work of other farm workers and labourers and oversee activities like crop maintenance and harvesting
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- Oversee schedule of all farm workers and other labourers as per requirement
- Assess, suggest and help in the implementation of work procedures that are beneficial for the business
- Ensure that the safety procedures are followed at all times by all farm workers and everyone attending the Farm worksite
- Maintain records about quality control and crop production
- Perform general farm duties, as and when required
- Perform other duties as instructed by the management
