While we mostly work on residential buildings, we have also worked on several commercial buildings, such as the Hub International Insurance building (interior and some exterior work), Lakeview Credit Union (interior), Vapor Vault (interior), Pioneer Village, The Happy Hobbit, and quite a few others.
We have many satisfied customers, some of whom have left reviews that have helped us earn a five-star Google rating.
Our rates are as follows:
Paint two coats on walls up to 8′: $1.50 per square foot of wall surface
Paint two coats on walls 8′ to 16′ high and on ceilings: $2.25 per square foot of surface to be painted
Paint two coats on surfaces above 16′: $3 per square foot
Doors, including frame and trim: $150
Trim and baseboard: First coat: $1 per linear foot
Fill holes, caulk, and apply a second coat: $1.50 per linear foot
From now until December 1, we are offering a 20% introductory discount on all services. Note: Rates do not include paint or primer, but they cover other supplies such as drywall compound, tape, roller sleeves, brushes, and protective coverings such as plastic, cardboard, and drop cloths.
Painting includes filling holes up to 1/8 inch in diameter, as well as small dings, and lightly sanding to remove lumps between coats. Other services, including moving furniture, repairing damage, and filling holes larger than described above, will be billed at our hourly rate.
We adhere to the PCA standards of quality for painters, which can be found on their website. Here are pictures of some of the jobs we have completed.
