I'm posting this ad on behalf of my landlady who's away on personal matters. I've lived with her since 2019.
AVAILABLE***September 1
You'll be getting the master bedroom with a good sized closet and own bathroom. In addition, there is a smart tv (an older model) with Telus Optik and wifi included.
You will share the kitchen with me. I keep it clean and tidy and expect the same. There's a dishwasher. All cookware and utensils are shared. There's also an in-suite washer and dryer. 2 loads/week. You can use the living room and balcony. No parking unfortunately. However, a short walk to the Mccallum park n ride allows for overnight parking.
I am a mature man who is clean, quiet and respectful of others' privacy, property and space.
I'm finishing off a certificate at UFV, which will accentuate my BA (2009 SFU). I play guitar in my room, and plug my headphones into my amp for quiet practice.
I don't smoke, vape, drugs of any kind and rarely drink.
In addition, October of 2024 I had a vulnerable-sector check (Section 4) done by the RCMP for a position that had me interacting with vulnerable adults. I cleared. The company has the hard copy, but I have the email. It's valid until 2029.
No smokers, vaping is fine, moderate pot use only on balcony. Light drinking. No parties.
Rent is on a month-to-month basis. Up to 1 year (possibly longer)
We'd like someone committed to at least 3 months.
