Hi! I’m a 32-year-old female creative professional looking for a private room in a shared apartment or house beginning around December 1. I’m looking for a one-year lease or other long-term arrangement.
Budget: $1,000–$1,300/month
Areas: Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, Hollywood, Koreatown, Venice or Santa Monica
Parking: Reserved parking or reasonably accessible street parking
A little about me: I work in graphic design/photography and hospitality. I’m creative, social and independent, and I enjoy photography, concerts, thrifting, cooking, painting and other creative projects.
At home, I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces and considerate of other people’s privacy. I’m comfortable living with either men or women and am looking for roommates who are friendly, communicative, respectful and clean up after themselves.
I’d ideally like a room with decent closet/storage space and access to a kitchen. Laundry on-site would also be a plus.
I’m allergic to dogs, so I cannot live in a home with dogs and would prefer a pet-free household.
