Hello all,
I am currently Looking for an apartment to rent long term. Safety, peace and space are my top priorities. The apartment is for me, my girlfriend of 5+ years and our one month old baby boy. We’ve been at our current apartment for over 5+ years now. We are just looking for more space, comfort and peace to begin our next chapter of life.
A little about us and what we are looking for:
Apartment MUST be either:
1.) A SPACIOUS one bedroom
OR
2.) Two bedroom apartment
3.) No further than 25 minutes max from Bohemia/Holbrook area.
Also:
- Full Kitchen
- Bathroom
- Living room
- Access to some sort of Outdoor/Yard space. (We just like to grill & enjoy a cup of coffee outside).
-Looking to move in as soon as August 21st
-2 working adults, steady consistent income
-1 baby
-1 40 pound dog (does not bark, howl or make any noise whatsoever, clean, walked 5x/day, extremely docile. Honestly the best behaved, loving, little companion I could have asked for in a pet. We were returned our full 2200$ security deposit from our current apartment including an extra 750$ pet security deposit without a question. Can provide photos.)

- long term renters, we don’t want to waste your time or ours. We’re looking for a place that we can make our home for the next 2+ years.
- I am also a carpenter&maintenance technician by trade.
- I renovated my previous landlord’s apartment & made many improvements for them before moving out in my spare time as a thank you for the many years of being good landlords.
- I can fix just about anything.
- I don’t like to bother my landlords for something that I can do or fix myself.
