Hi! I'm a 27 year-old transgender man looking for a room to rent in Orange County or the Long Beach/Signal Hill area. I'm currently looking for a stable, LGBTQ-friendly place to live and would ideally like something that is comfortable with a transgender tenant.
I'm starting a new full-time job on Monday and have my own car, so I'm able to reliably get to work and pay rent. I'm clean, respectful, quiet, and pretty easygoing. I take care of my living space and am considerate of shared spaces and other people's privacy.
I'm looking for a private room, preferably with access to a bathroom and parking. I'm open to a house, apartment, or shared home. Month-to-month or a flexible lease would be ideal, but I'm open to discussing different arrangements.
I'm especially interested in Garden Grove, Westminster, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Long Beach, Signal Hill, or surrounding areas, but I'm flexible for the right situation.
I'm LGBTQ+ and would strongly prefer a home that is very LGBTQ-friendly and respectful of transgender people.
