Hello I am looking for a one bedroom or possibly 2 bedroom basement suite or apartment for myself and daughter plus small Indoor cat.

I am a compulsive clean freak - the reason I am moving is because I tried a roommate NO they are unbelievably messy I don't have a functioning kitchen. I work full-time almost 10 years at my job and have never once been late on rent usually it gets payed 1 week early. Also can provide letter from job.
Looking for something longterm with great landlords!
