2000 Mercury Grand Marquis - $1,950 (Riverwest)

1165,00 miles. Extremely reliable 4.6 L engine (Panther body Ford)
I've owned this car for over 6 years and it has been very dependable. I finally bought a new car, so it's time to pass it along.
First, the known issues:
Rear driver's side window inoperable.
A few scuffs. Some surface rust (see pics)
It just started with a rough idle and this is what my mechanic (very reliable) says it needs:
1. Vapor canister vent solenoid.
2. IAC Valve
3. EGR Valve
Quote for repair is $600 (parts and labor)
THE GOOD:
EVERYTHING on the car works, (except that back window). Great heat and A/C. Cruise control, auto lamp, etc.
In the last year I have had:
New Starter
New Battery
New Alternator
New Brakes
New Altenator Belt
In the last two years I have had:
New Intake Manifold
New Tires
New Wiper Arms
Previously:
Tune Up: New Plugs and Ignition Coil
Ball Joints
Trailing Arm
Idler Arm
Front and Rear Shocks
New Headlight Assemblies
The car has been serviced regularly. Oil change and tire rotation every 3000 miles.
I have receipts for all work
Always passed emissions.
I have regularly driven the car on 500 - 800 mile round-trips with no issues. It's very smooth, comfortable and quiet.
Price is negotiable, but be reasonable. Cash only. Clean title in hand. Can be seen evenings and weekends.
