This 5.3 came out of an isuzu ascender I have owned since new. Oil changed every 3500 miles, synthetic blend.has 180000 on it.runs quiet and smooth. Good oil pressure no lifter noise. Vehicle was t boned. I have been looking for something to put it in. Just never worked out. Would like to sell it now. Already sold transmission
