Looking for an experienced pest control person or company to inspect a historical property in Yuba City and make recommendations for treating termites. Owner refuses to pay for tenting/fumigation for several small areas that may or may not be active. Candidate can be licensed or a former pest control operator with expertise in this area. Owner is not necessarily looking for a clear pest report, but rather a solution to eliminate termites and warranty for up to 1 year. Building is multi-family approximately 2800 sf with a full basement and detached building. Owner will pay for initial inspection but wants to discuss/interview the candidate prior to agreement.
