Just needs D rings to be the same. Shakes because someone mismatched the D rings. They are not the same size D rings. So it vibrates. Make them all the same and youll have a smooth mower. Its cost $150 for all new matching D rings.

You can see in the last picture that the thickness of the D rings are different
